PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS PROMOTIONAL PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROGRAM.
These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, The OMG Loyalty program which is operated by KT Authentics Sports Memorabilia and Cards, Key Tech Solutions, LLC or its subsidiaries, licensees and affiliated companies (collectively, “KT Authentics”) in the fifty (50) United States of America (“The OMG Loyalty Program”). These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with KT Authentics Sports Memorabilia and Cards for products, services or otherwise. KT Authentics Sports Memorabilia and Cards reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate The OMG Loyalty Program and/or these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to OMG Loyalty Program at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to www.ktauthentics.com, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your participation in The OMG Loyalty Program confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and any such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms of Use and applicable policies frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to The OMG Loyalty Program. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, you must stop participating in The OMG Loyalty Program.
This program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use The OMG Loyalty Program under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.

The OMG Loyalty Program is one way in which KT Authentics Sports Memorabilia and Cards endeavors to reward and thank loyal customers for patronizing our business, and purchasing KT Authentics Sports Memorabilia and Cards products. Members of The OMG Loyalty Program are able to earn and accumulate “Points” that can be converted into cash equivalent discounts, at participating KT Authentics Sports Memorabilia and Cards physical locations or Online services in the U.S.
There one way to enroll in The OMG Loyalty Program and begin accumulating Points. You will need an account on the KT Authentics Sports Memorabilia and Cards online website at www.ktauthentics.com:
Purchase any KT Authentics Sports Memorabilia and Cards product(s) from www.ktauthentics.com
The registration process may require that you provide the following information: username, password, email address (required in order to receive all eligible Points), birthday, name, and marketing preferences, but you may only have one (1) account that is personal to you. Creating multiple accounts will forfeit the account with the least amount of points accumulated. No merger accounts are allowed.
The Cash discounts that are available to you through KT Authentics Sports Memorabilia and Cards are based on the number of “Points” that you earn. You can earn Points by making purchases using your registered KT Authentics Sports Memorabilia and Cards account to pay for products on www.ktauthentics.com. You will receive ten (10) Points for each $1 dollar spent. There may be other limited time promotions when KT Authentics Sports Memorabilia and Cards offers a Bonus Point or Points on featured products and/or services.
To maintain your KT Authentics Sports Memorabilia and Cards, The OMG Loyalty Program, you must earn at least Fifty (50) new Points during each consecutive 12-month period following your enrollment date. If you do not obtain 50 new Points in 12 months, you will no longer be eligible for The OMG Loyalty Program benefits of KT Authentics Sports Memorabilia and Cards.
By registering your KT Authentics Sports Memorabilia and Cards account, you are automatically entered into the “The OMG Loyalty Program”.
Miscellaneous
There are no membership fees associated with The OMG Loyalty Program. Points accumulated under the program are promotional and have no cash value.
Your Point(s) and your account under The OMG Loyalty Program are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with family, friends or others. You may have only one (1) KT Authentics Sports Memorabilia and Cards account with an associate The OMG Loyalty Program.
KT Authentics Sports Memorabilia and Cards reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your participation in The OMG Loyalty Program if KT Authentics Sports Memorabilia and Cards determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms of Use, you have more than one (1) account, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. KT Authentics Sports Memorabilia and Cards may, in its sole discretion, suspend, cancel or combine accounts that appear to be duplicative.
KT Authentics Sports Memorabilia and Cards also reserves the right to “unregister” and make ineligible for the The OMG Loyalty Program any KT Authentics Sports Memorabilia and Cards account that has been inactive for one (1) year. Inactive is defined as no Points earned.
KT Authentics Sports Memorabilia and Cards reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, modify or cancel the OMG Loyalty program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you.
