Card Breaks Terms and Conditions
By Purchasing a spot in one of our Case/box breaks or Clicking On Our Terms & Conditions, You Are Agreeing With The Purchase From Our Store And The Following:
Once you have had a team selected for you via random break or you have drafted your team prior to a draft style break, you will be the proud owner of any and all cards from that team that come out of the break you have purchased.
There is a chance that your team will not receive any cards from the break you purchased, as we cannot guarantee the contents of any given sealed box of cards. In the event that the boxes/cases we open to do not yield a card for the team which you have drawn, you may receive a pack/stack of cards for that purchase. By agreeing to these terms you are acknowledging that you understand the risk of not receiving a card out of the boxes/cases we break and if no card is pulled for your particular team you will recieve a pack/stack of cards from that particular sport for each spot that goes without yielding a card from that team.
We ship all cards from breaks domestically(which in included in the break price), 1-2 days after the break has happened, any international shipping, depending on the country could be accompany an additional charge but you will need to make arrangements prior to purchasing a break spot for anything dealing with international shipping.
We record all breaks and post them on to our YouTube at this link https://www.youtube.com/ktauthentics. You do not have to be present for the live break to receive your cards!
Please refrain from harrassing others as they enjoy themselves throughout the breaking process and the experience in the Live break room. Any type of harrassment will not be tolerated and can result in the ban of your breaker ID into the room. If you have issues during the break, please email them to breaks@ktauthentics.com and we will try to respond to as quickly as possible or Instant message the host to resolve the matter in the room if possible.. Overall, this is meant to be FUN and Enjoyable for everyone and lets do it, HAVE FUN!!!
We are avid collectors ourselves, so you can trust that we approach our breaks with the collector in mind first. Our goal is to not only give collectors the best possible pricing around, but to provide an experience unparalleled by any other online sports card source.
Our live shows on http://www.breakers.tv/ktauthentics will be fun. Our goal is to provide a great overall sports collecting experience while you socialize with other collectors in the room. Sales and trades can happen in the room without the KT Authentics host involved, which is allowed, but at your own risk. Have fun and enjoy yourself and hope you alway hit BIG MOJO!!!
GROUP BREAKS – HOW IT WORKS
These are the standard formats and rules that we use for our group breaks.
Random Team Group Break Rules

After all spots are full for the break, names and teams are entered into a list randomizer on http://www.psychicscience.org/randomlist.aspx.

The lists will be randomized depending on the roll of a die. Once the lists have been randomized, both lists are copied on to a spreadsheet and matched by number.

Your name will be on the left column and your team will be on the right column.

All hits, jerseys, patches, autographs, rookies, inserts and #d cards that come out for your team will be shipped to you. Any base cards will be shipped only by “REQUEST” unless otherwise noted. We donate all base cards to http://www.cards2kids.org/donate/.

If the break being done has teams that have been taken out before the random is done, anything that comes out for those teams will be randomized off to teams that go hitless.
Snake Draft Group Break Rules

By The Hit Draft Group Break Rules

Your name will be on the left column in the order in which you will draft your hits. The draft will be done snake draft style (Example: #1 – #15 then #15 – #1).

All the hits or cards you draft, jerseys, patches, autographs, rookies, inserts and #d cards will be shipped to you.

Any leftover cards that are not drafted will be randomized to everyone who participated in the break.
Non Licensed Product Group Break Rules
Occasionally we break products that are not licensed by a company that do not have teams or cities listed on the cards. The following rules apply if the card has no professional city or team on it:

If the card is of a player who is currently playing on a professional team, the card will go to that team.

If the card is of a retired player, the card will go the team he had the longest tenure with. If the player happened to be on multiple teams for the same amount of time, he will go to the team that he played the most games with. If the player was on multiple teams, played the same amount of years and played the same amount of games, the card will be randomized between those teams.

If the card is of an athlete/coach/etc. that never played for a professional team, the card will be randomized between hitless teams.
Other Group Break Rules

During the hosted breaks, there will be plenty of time to trade teams amongst each other or trade for the teams that are out of the break.

You can also sell your team before the break begins to another person, as long as you can come to terms with the deal.

Both trades and sales must be confirmed to the group break host.

When a card gets pulled that has multiple teams on it, it gets randomized at the end of the break between the teams on the card that are in the break.

If their are multiple individuals who is in the break has at least 1 or more teams/players on the card it will be randomized between all the teams on the card that are in the break, if there is a chance that 2 people have a 50%/50% tie on the card, then the card will be randomed. If the individuals elects not to random the card to a winner and chooses to split the profits from a sale, KT Authentics will take 20% of the card for listing and taking on the reponsiblities of shipping after paypal, ebay, etc fees are taken. Payments will be made to the individuals after the completed transaction which includes, but not limited to, payment received and acceptance of a package.
